Duo workshop The art of Touch

Do you feel like:
• Get to know each other physically in a new way by practicing conscious touch, both in giving and receiving
• Learn basic massage techniques and practice them together (main focus: shoulders, neck and trigger points)?
• Spend an afternoon of real quality time together?

Then join this duo workshop. We’ll practice the concept of attraction (polarity) and focus primarily on conscious touch and massage techniques. You will not exchange partners throughout the workshop. Feel free to join with friend too. Clothes will be kept on, however you might want to wear a (tank)top so your shoulders can be massaged skin to skin.

This workshop is a collaboration between Sabrina from Vinas Santi and Désirée from Rising Roots.

Sabrina has been a massage therapist for years and is specialized in oil massage, Thai massage and reiki. Sabrina is born in Italy and runs her own massage studio: Vinas Santi. Her approach is: friendly, sustainability-focused and high quality.

Désirée is the owner of Rising Roots and has made a journey the past 10 years in which she connected her mind, heart and body. Coming from a corporate background, she is now a conscious entrepreneur. Driven by her passion she also became a yoga teacher and body consciousness teacher. She loves to connect people to themselves, others and nature and is described as welcoming, expertised and representing both the down-to-earth and the spiritual.
