All the resources and strengths that you have can support you on the way, and that is what we will explore together. Pantarei empowers people to appreciate and use all that they are, regardless of their struggles or successes.

How do we approach that?
Your full being will be invited through bodywork, touch and verbal communication.

What to bring?
Please wear something comfortable that you can easily move in and come as you are. Maybe your favorite notebook is welcome.
